Great question and this will really depend on your goals and what you want to achieve. At the end of the day, there is never really a “good time” or “bad time” overall it comes down to your personal circumstances.

Do we have to be a current MBA or Signate Lending Services client?
Answer:
Absolutely not. The property market is a daunting place right now, so we just want to help as many people as we can.
Question:
Is it actually free? Are we obligated to become a client if we attend?
Answer:
Totally free. You aren’t obligated to sign up as a client with MBA or Signate Lending Services.

What can I expect/what should I bring?
Answer:
This is an interactive workout with a small group. We want you to get quality time with each of us so we can answer all your questions. You don’t need to bring anything with you.

What if I don’t even have a house deposit yet?
Answer:
It doesn’t matter. We’ll also go over how to save for a house deposit and ways to create a realistic budget.
